Parameters:

• id (str) – Unique identifier of the prepaid giveaway.

• quantity (int) – Number of giveaway prizes.

• months (int, optional) – Number of months of Premium subscription as prize.

• stars (int, optional) – Amount of Telegram Stars as prize.

• date (datetime) – When the giveaway was prepaid.
